Teri's Carefree Catering began in 1991 with off premise catering, with the belief that people should receive top quality homemade food at a reasonable price.

Homemade is not just a word to describe our food, it is a word we take seriously. Our breads, rolls, soups, gravies, sauces salad dressings, desserts and yes, even our meatballs are all made from scratch.

Our first cooking skills were taught to us by our mothers and grandmothers. We have worked in a variety of Downriver restaurants picking up different skills at each one.

In 2001, Teri's Carefree Catering was selected, out of many prospects, as the on-site caterer for the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 24900 Brest Road in Taylor and we look forward to hosting your special occasion or business meeting. The hall will accommodate 100 - 400 people.

October 2008, Teri opened the Mississippi Bayou inside of J. Dubs in Riverview, located on Sibley Road, just east of Fort St.
